How are grills priced?
Grill posted prices are in US dollars, per tooth. Your selected tooth count determines the grill total; shipping and any checkout tax are separate.
What grill designs are available?
The current grill collection includes silver with natural VVS diamonds, silver with natural SI diamonds, silver with Moissanite, 10kt gold with natural VVS diamonds, and gold with Moissanite.
What does Mois mean?
Mois means Moissanite. Moissanite is a different gemstone from a natural diamond.
Can I choose top or bottom grills?
Yes. Choose Top or Bottom and the number of teeth on the Products page before checkout. Contact the shop for specifications requiring a custom quote.
Are the photos exact measurements?
No. Grill photos are generated design previews, not to scale. Confirm actual grill and packed-box dimensions and weights with the shop before buying.
Mold kits
How much is a grill mold kit?
A mold kit is $40 USD plus $2.99 shipping. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
What is included in a mold kit?
Kit contents have not been confirmed yet. Contact the shop for the included items and instructions before ordering.
Do I choose teeth or metal for a mold kit?
No. A mold kit is a single-unit product, not a per-tooth grill.
Shipping & orders
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is $2.99 USD per grill or mold kit. Orders ship from Norfolk, Virginia, USA.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is one week after shipping, not one week after payment. A dispatch date must be recorded before your delivery estimate is available.
Where can I see my order and tracking?
Sign in to My Orders with the account used for your purchase to view your paid order confirmation, shipment status and delivery estimate. Tracking appears once the shop records it.
What are the return and remake policies?
Return and remake terms have not been supplied. Ask the shop to confirm those terms before placing your order.
How can I ask a question before buying?
